At Wool&, we want you to love your merino wool essentials, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn and unwashed items. Simply ensure all original tags are attached to receive a full refund or a seamless exchange for a different size or color.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original packaging.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of generating your label.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
